2 In order to accommodate all community members, we offer payment options on a sliding scale.

	Weekly Vegetable Share: This share provides enough fresh seasonal vegetables to feed a family of four or two vegetable lovers. Members receive eight to ten items each week for twenty two weeks from 6/13-11/07. Please pay at least $830 unless financial hardship prevents you from doing so. If you are able to pay more, please do. We suggest that members with the means to do so pay at least $880 to help us cover the costs of offering shares at a lower cost. If you are short on cash, please pay what your budget allows.
	Every Other Week Share: This share is a good choice if a weekly share offers more veggies than you can eat, or if you find it difficult to get to the pickup site every week. Members of this share category will pick up the same eight to ten items that the weekly share members receive, but only eleven times over the course of the season. The produce is fresh enough that at least half of the items will last into the second week after pickup. Please pay at least $415 unless financial hardship prevents you from doing so. If you are able to pay more, please do. We suggest that members with the means to do so pay at least $440. If you are short on cash, please pay what your budget allows.

4 Participant Info

Whether you split your share with a friend or just have multiple adults in your family, we need you to choose one person as the Primary Share member. The primary member's name will appear on our pick-up lists. Primary and secondary members will automatically receive our CSA weekly newsletter with updates and harvest guesstimates. Our pickup location is: Isabella Freedman Jewish Retreat Center, 116 Johnson Rd in Falls Village.

Email Addresses of Additional Share Members	We encourage you to enter the e-mail addresses of everyone who will be involved in picking up your share, whether they are family members or share partners so that everyone can receive the weekly CSA information including pickup updates, notices about volunteer shifts, and general announcements.
Please read the following terms of CSA membership carefully. *	I agree to the below terms of CSA membership.I understand that the amount and type of produce will vary somewhat with the growing season. In the unlikely event of a year with extreme weather problems, every effort will be made to give me the best share possible but the mix of produce may be slimmer or less balanced than in an average year. In an abundant year, I will receive a bounty of common vegetables and a few less common ones to experiment with as well. I understand that if I do not pick up the share between 4:30pm on Thursdays and 7:00pm on Saturdays, it will be donated. I know that I am welcome to send a friend to pick it up in my stead.. I will tell any potentially interested friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers about the CSA. Adamah can only continue to offer CSA shares so long as we have enough members to make it worth organizing. We must all spread the word through our networks so that the community can understand and appreciate what the CSA is and how it works.
